Bonus, not only is he an absolute shredder but he comes across as such a nice down to earth kid, wishing you the best for the season Jackson!

 probably three things:
(1) parents always come across as super balanced, supportive but let him set the path
(2) surrounded with best-in-class pro mtn bike athletes from day one
(3) seems like a genuinely nice kid who just loves to ride bikes.

Yeah, hope he doesn't get as cocky-arrogant-"rockstar" as Finn, it's making him a bit harder to like...

Yeah, kind of scared for the opposition racing against him. Also, Jon and Roy tune, nice!

@Waldon83: Opposition isn't likely wasting their time on bar spins.

@DoubleCrownAddict: I think there was a clip of Reece Wilson doing one on a BMX in a recent video he put out. Phil Atwill also posts quite a few clips on IG of him playing around and doing stuff like that on various bikes. Some people just like to have fun riding bikes outside of/to compliment their training schedules.

@DoubleCrownAddict: There is also as very few that have the amount of bike handling skill Jackson does... Don't forget he isn't even old enough to vote and he's got more trail time then the majority of PB.. If you have even seen Jackson ride IRL.... There is very few that ride that confident in this sport...

Same, he was already set up to be a freerider and do well, could have been a pretty cruisy gig for him as he's already famous. But instead he's putting his hat in the ring where he's just another name on the start list.

Fully agree, to have the top developing Canadien talent choose WCDH is definitely best case scenario. Can't wait to watch this dude race. He'll probably crush Rampage and Joyride too.

Wow that was wholesome. Best of luck Jackson!

There must be some mistake I thought this kid was like 8 oh god i'm getting so old

Yep - and Ryan Sheckler and Finn Iles are still 12 right?

I don't know why, but i kinda don't wanna see DH take this young talent. Racing is so RAD in all and the elite field is so inspiring but there is something special about the freedom to ride for life without the regimen of training, training, training, and following the rules. Would rather see Him make his own rules without hindrance to progress in his own process. Destine to possibly be the greatest at bikes ever, IMO. RIDE ON JG and best of luck racing and progression!!

It's amazing to watch such talent through the years. From Balance bike to now, I makes me feel old, but so psyched to see what comes next!

I feel like Trek dropped the ball no putting him on one of the Teams.
