Was this year supposed to be the year you upped your fitness off the bike, only to find that while they're are tons of pieces of information out there on fitness and bike specific exercises, but its pretty darn hard to figure out how you should link them all together? If so I'd recommend checking out the free year round program available over at afmfitnessco.com. Initially, I created this program to improve my own performance on the bike, then tweaked it as a few friends asked for advice in the gym. Originally I put together the website with the dream of selling it, but as with many things life has changed quite a bit for me lately and now I just want people who could use some guidance to be able to use it!
