Ticket S Winner

Needless to say, Craig was pretty stoked and maybe even a little bit skeptical at first!

bigquotesI genuinely couldn't believe I had won the Ticket, in fact I still had an element of doubt even up to the point of walking away with the bike. The weather has been pretty terrible over here so I've struggled to find as much opportunity to ride it as I would've liked. However, I can say that even though I've not yet, and probably never will ride it to anything like its full potential, it is great fun! Cheers to Trek, Pinkbike and Anthill for making it happen! - Craig Pointer

It is the bike for sure! That paint won't show up as well in pics in the sun! You need false lighting or the right angle to capture it! I am stoked for your win bro.Congrats on that! I should have my r-dog version on the 16th! Can't wait !

glad to see it's getting good use. I would have loved to have won it. there's a kid (jr high) at my lbs that volunteers in the shop that rides dirt jumpers and has no $. if I won it, it was his.
  • 7 0
 That's very noble of you.
  • 9 0
I have all I need and don't ride dirt jump, even if I did it would have lit that kid's face up for a long time. the feeling would have been priceless.
  • 1 0
 Hell yeah man!
  • 1 0
Yes my friend! For every Finn Finestone (who I think is awesome by the way) there are a ton of kids who don't have shit but have loads of talent and just need a bit of luck to get somewhere. Good vibes out to you Alex!

We did something similar to a very promising kid in our comunity a couple of years back. He improved exponentially but his cockiness also grew, If he would have left arrogance aside he would be running at national elite level by now, fully supported by the local crew

"I can say that even though I've not yet, and probably never will ride it to anything like its full potential"

Well the pic of you styling the crap out of that Ticket says otherwise. Good to see a well deserving winner.

It is, just that when seen from behind the color shifts to brownish gold, had a custom color shift dh bike years back. That paint is so cool, and looks so different from every angle, and so amazing in good light, nth at you just never get bored of looking at your bike Smile
  • 2 0
Oh ok, that's crazy! Definitely cool paint.. almost looks like a flat black in his picture. Congrats Craig!!
