felt track handlebars
$20 CADthey are a 31.8 clamp size and around 40 cm wide. they came on my track bike and i only used them once to ride home from the bike shop so they are in very good condition with no scratches. they are unwrapped but i can wrap them with whatever color bartape you want for $15

volume cutter v.5 size 52.5
$600 CADI have a volume cutter for sale the parts include velocity deep v rims laces to velocity hubs, a tange fork, fsa f gimondi cranks with a 46 tooth chainring (I have a 42 tooth one i'll include too), a 16 tooth cog on the back, a 25c vittoria randonneur on the back and a schwalbe marathon on the front, fixation gates pedals with ynot straps, a concept cex seatpost and a prologo saddle, an fsa impact headset, a profile design stem, cut down v sixty bars with pink bar tape that has black bar tape underneath to make it more comfortable. it has fenders on it now but I can take them off if you like.. it was professionally built at broad street cycles. i will also wash the bike as it is kind of dirty right now. if you have any questions please message me
