For us, our season wouldn't be over without our classic season ender video. Raining or not we went out to our home bike park and came up with this! Hope you enjoy it as we had a blast filming!

Unfortunately the Laramee Bros couldn't take part as much as they wanted in this project because of injuries. Get well soon boys!

Special thanks to Forward Visuals for the help and all our sponsors: Cycle Neron, Specialized, TNT Nutrition, DDF Sports, UFO Plast, Renthal, Cane Creek, American Classic, Feedback Sports, Spy Optic, Gamut USA, DZR Shoes, HT, SDG and S4 Suspension.

Those corner speeds blew my mind!

That entire video blew my mind haha....those guys looked wicked fast.

Finally a clip without little skids all over the place entering the corners, those guys were hauling ass. I like the way the can pedal through that stuff and get the power down and soak up the terrain at the same time, very skilled riders. Corner speed was amazing.

Hey guys! Thanks for watching our video! Sorry about riding "smooth trails" We just wanted to come with a video with something new from Bromont... We filmed in all the other trails in the past years and we wanted to shoot in different trails for this year's edit. We'll definitely take note of your comments and we'll come up with something thatwe hope you'll like in 2014!! Cheers guys! Go ride your damn bike now!

Do you at least have links for the other steeper tails that have been video recorded?

Finnaly a video without whips! Starting to hate them, cuz every video has at least half of it whips inside.. Nice to see shreding not just getting pussys wet Smile

I loved the video, but I love whips too.

I definitely don't look like that when I'm riding Bromont. Smooth.

 Killer fall riding!!

Tippie, you need to come down to Bromont at least once next summer, especially since this place is sponsored by Rocky Mountain.

Agreed! I'd so come out for a day of riding with Tipple!

Great video. I love videos like this that you watch and could do everything with your friends just a a quarter of the speed. Crazy cornering and 2.00 was sick.

hey guys i'm sorry if I offended anyone, I didn't say bromont is an easy place to ride, I've never even been there or seen it, I just meant the trails they were on in the vid didn't really need a full on dh bike. imo an am bike would be great on them I also wish those trails were close to me as i'd be riding them regularly for sure

I have to say I did think the same thing. Awesome riding, without a doubt but those trails do look very smooth.

They're the easiest trails on the mountain. Some of the trails there hardly ever get any riders because they're that steep and gnarly. Hell, the worldcup gets so little riders that it is overgrown by grass/weed which is not a problem anywhere else. Some of the sections of the 19, 23 and 24 are also something "special". The big line in the bike park with the drop and two 45' jumps doesn't see get much action either.

It's not as crazy as mont sainte-anne but it's definitely not an easy mountain to ride. Most beginners only ride one or two tracks.

Great vid ! Too bad they only actually showed one or two trails. And the easiest ones at that lol. You can ride those trails wicked fast even on a hardtail, lets see some footage of the technical trails IE 75% of the hill .

Not all of it is technical in that video but there is quite a bit in there. That gap at the end though!

not to mention the riding that the three of your guys put on display is something to aspire to when I'm on my wheels.

Now I really regret not going to Bromont when I had a chance in September
  • 2 0
How do you get that fast and how do you get that confidence in your tyres to grip??

 Bromont rivals the best
  • 3 2
Yep, Bromont is right up there with Whistler for awesomeness, not at all as epic but the riding is that good.

Can't wait to give this a go next year! Quebec has some awesome riding.

fast and fun looking trails, I don't think you need a full on dh bike to ride them though

Bromont a actually for the most part a pretty rough racer shaped hill, but it does have a few smooth sections or easy trails, which they were on most of the time including the old WC course.
  • 7 0
That edit only showed a small selection of the trails. Bromont has some really gnarly, rocky terrain especially the World Cup track, which is one of Sam Hill's favorites. Bromont is definitely one of the best places to shred on the eastern coast of Canada/USA.

they didnt show the top of the old WC course! It is Heinous!
  • 2 1
Hey mark3 you didnt see the rest of the mountain believe me it s not flat like uk ! Cheers mate

Trust me, Bromont has a lot of Technical and Challenging trails. I ride there all summer long. I see these guys at the bike park and yes they are really that fast. I try to keep up but then just end up eating their dust Smile

We were there this september with our AM bikes and we had a blast. You just won't go the same speed as with a full DH rig in the more technical trails, but still, it's damn fun. Definitely not flat...

It's always fun watching you guys blast those trails... good on ya!

I didn't know American classic made dh wheels?
  • 3 1
Sadly they are removing them from their line-up in 2014... to focus more on XC/AM wheels.

 Aesome video !

 Quois madness!

Those trails looked great fun. Downhill bikes looked kind of overkill though. Stumpy or camber bikes would have been cool.
  • 3 1
Was skiing there a few days over the last winter, the trails they were riding mostly were the green/blue ski runs which are pretty wide open, there's plenty of tracks in there that even under snow it was easy to tell they'd be full on tracks. Check out Connor Fearon's video from there earlier in the year to see some of the rougher stuff.

You just saw the smoothest trails on the mountain! I have ridden there since 1993 on all kinds of bikes, and the more suspension the better. There are trails I just wont ride with my AM bike because I like my wheels nice and round just as they are!
  • 1 0
Ah okay, they were riding the smoothest trails then. Make a vid showing those technical trails then. Sorry, but what. These guys will be great at riding groomed trails. They put out a good edit
