2016 Trek Single Speed. 17.5" (med frame). Aluminum frame that is ONLY single speed compatible. Stans Crest 29" wheels. Maxxis Ardent Front/ Crossmark R. Both tubeless. XT crank. Currently 34-19 gear. Could sell with 34-18 or 34-20 ratio. Shimano XT brakes. Specialized 750 mtn bars with barends. Fox F29 fork. I will also sell with the original trek carbon fork. This frame uses the trek stranglehold rear dropout, solving the axle movement problems of the original SS superfly (which I also owned). With the suspension fork and pedals this bike weighs 23lbs 8oz. This is a great bike. I rode and raced it for a couple seasons. Very fast and comfortable. Single speeds are great for training and for winter riding. I am selling this bike to make room for another. This bike will not be selling with pedals but I will have them on for a test ride. The green frame was a replacement for an older Trek Superfly carbon fiber single speed specific frame. These frames had a design flaw on the rear dropout. This is well documented on the internet. I will include this carbon frame with the sale of the green SS. I rode the carbon frame with the dropout that slipped for a couple yrs. Sold without GPS mount or pedals It is pictured with carbon Wheels but will be sold with almost new alloy Roval wheels that I took off of it when it was new. with new rubber It has been ridden and has some cosmetic issues but it is mechanically in very good shape.
