I will include seals that will work for the front fork but are not a perfect fit

Flat pedals and different grips will come with the bike

Frame has damage to the dropouts and will need carbon repair, lots of places do this and if you are willing to be a little risky you can lookup a youtube tutorial and diy the repair.
