Joe Nation Joins Pole Enduro Team & Pole Stamina Bike Revealed
Take a look at their website.... they aren't even published there! It's ridiculous... but you can pre-order a bike without knowing its geometry...

Interbike Cancelled for 2019
This seems to have been inevitable. Attendance has been in decline for years. Bikes and components launch online and don't need a trade show to be shown off. Manufacturers, distributors, and shops make deals off the trade room floor. The trade show as a whole is antiquated and not suited for modern times. Things like Outerbike, where you can properly test products, are still relevant... but I won't be surprised if other trade shows start to die off as well. The tariffs don't help...

Zoom out a little on that Trialforks Map and you'll see that its not just Stowe, but the surrounding areas as well that are booming with trails! Within 1 hour of Burlington (where the airport is) or Stowe, there are at least 20 different trail centers. There are miles and miles of well mapped singletrack all over Vermont, and miles and miles more of off-piste places to explore if you know the right folks. Come visit!

5 Performance Strategies to Try This Offseason
@sfrucian: Not eating GMOs is becoming increasingly easy where I live. Vermont passed a law requiring companies to label GMO products. This was superseded by a Federal law, but now 90% of the products in the places I shop have these labels anyway. I think the issue here in any case is that genetically modifying plants isn't inherently bad... its the intense mono-culture, pesticide use, shady business practices, and other ethical and environmental issues that give people pause.

Video: Flow - Where Control Meets Concentration
@SmashItVisuals: There are so many amazing trail networks here! My personal favorite at the moment is Victory Hill. Its the rowdy neighbor to the kingdom trails. There are some properly big and scary features there, tons of amazing flow, and chunder, and some gorgeous views. Perry Hill has amazing rock features and rowdy trails. The Cochrans trail network has wonderful loamy sections and oldschool flow. Millstone Trails is built on an old quarry site and feels like rock climbing on a bike. And there are tons more on top of that!

Fantastic camera work! Lighting is not easy in the northeast woods. Come up to Vermont sometime and film some of our trails! I love your style.

The Bikes of YT's Red Bull Rampage Riders
Interesting lack of Rampage coverage on Pinkbike... and around the web really. Are people over it? Is freeride finally dead? Is rampage just too dangerous?

Ridden & Rated: 4 Trail Bikes Under $3,000
@RichardCunningham: The Pinkbike editors need to do a Top Gear-esque review, where they have $1,000 to spend on a used bike, and then they have to do a series of challenges. It would be brilliant! Also... you need to find a very generic frame, take any identifying stickers off, and have professional bikers to hot-laps on their reasonably priced bike.
