Helmet replacement
Hey guys, I recently crashed really hard ( resulting in a concussion a broken bone in my face, and a sprained elbow and knee) I face planted into the asphalt very hard. My helmet, a 661 dirt lid, has one scuff on the side.... Should I replace it? The padding and inside looks fine...

Hey Matteo, I'm sorry to hear that! Yes do replace it. Although it shows no damage, the EPS foam is now compressed. Its kind of like bubble wrap. Once its squished it wont squish anymore. Poc makes some helmets that can take multiple hits and have the best safety rating. Is this the fullface or half shell helmet? I'll link an ad for a Poc fullface helmet for 100$ on PB.
