$150 CAD
Great brakes with all the adjustment. I had to cut the rear out due to internal routing so it will need to be plumbed, but otherwise ready to go. They are from a size large 29er so should be plenty of hose for most applications. Pads don't have much life left.

POC Cortex Carbon DH Helmet MIPS XL-XXL

$20 CAD
Yes - this helmet is 10 years old and manufacturers say helmets should be replaced after 3 years. This helmet hasn't seen direct impacts from crashes - I rarely crash and this helmet hasn't had any big or headfirst crashes. Put otherwise, I haven't hit my head against stuff in the helmet so don't believe it is comprised by way of impact. The above two statements are why I replaced the helmet but why I think it's still got plenty of life. As far as helmets go it's as high-end as possible - MIPS, carbon, and a cost of $700 when I bought it. It's a big helmet (the biggest POC size). It's got scratches from being carried around over the years and dirt baked into the pads from sweaty, dusty days (I'm 90% sure this could be washed). A sixer of local beer would be acceptable in lieu of $.

Dates and Venues Announced for the 2020 Canadian Enduro Series
@ratedgg13: Where are these "TONS" of races I'm not aware of? I've raced Pemby, Squamish, and one of the Island Cup races before. All of which were a fantastic time. I still think there's an important place for a race series in the province 1) for groms looking to race competitively as they can in more mainstream sports and 2) for the new friends / comradery at these events when there are a bunch of out-of-towners camping and riding together.

Dates and Venues Announced for the 2020 Canadian Enduro Series
Would love to see more non-resort events like the good ol' days when there were stops all over (Rossland, Williams Lake, Revy, etc.) and, like, 6-8 in BC alone. I get the trail wear and tear from people arriving early and shuttling, but if racers are allowed a max of 1 practice and 1 race run would that be an acceptable balance? Perhaps races in spring/fall so there's decent moisture in the dirt? Or on less ridden trails that this could bring some life to? Revy's program of requiring each racer buy a membership is another good option. It's just a shame that in one of the world's most enthusiastic mountain bike regions only resorts are willing to host a race series (by no means a knock on the absolutely legendary work Ted has done for mtb in BC!).

This is a 9.5 x 3.0 (241 x 76mm) CCDB shock with a 400lb spring. It's been serviced and updated at Suspensionwerx in the past and currently needs a service.

Fox Steel Springs - 450 and 500 x 2.8

$30 CAD
The 450 is used and the 500 has only 2 or 3 rides on it before I decided I needed a 550.

Sram Guide R

$120 CAD
2017 Guides in good shape. Came off a size large 29er so are a good length. Rear was internally routed so needs an olive/pin/bleed. Pads are used but have plenty of life left (+/- 60%).
