Speaking as someone who has, for many years, been duped into watching unofficial black market highlights from previous competitions I do find it reassuring that I can now be confident that the highlights I am watching are indeed the official highlights. However, I do now fear that the un-official highlights scene will be sent underground, viewed only in dark alleyways with the volume set to 'low'. Furthermore, my concerns grow for the youth of today who may be sucked in to watching these counterfeit so-called highlights and then, unaware as to where to go next for their 'fix' they end up on the dark-web watching grainy footage filmed by amateurs. So I say 'Bravo' to the wonderful people at the UCI for bringing us those glorious OFFICIAL highlights! Well done you brave souls for standing above the parapet! My, what a truly legitimate and honest collection of heroes, so lucky are we that they lead the way for our niche sport and more so for the youth of today! Excelsior!!
