Nicolai Announces New Ultra-Adjustable G1 Enduro Bike
@jayacheess: Welds naturally have that bumpy look; it comes from holding the welding gun over a part of the joint long enough to properly melt the metal of each part being joined before moving on. Generally speaking, the better and more uniform the ‘lumps’, the better the weld, and welder. Anyone can grind off a weld to make it appear perfectly smooth without really affecting the strength of the joint. So ‘gorgeous and smooth’ might actually have been poop before it was ground off that way. Whereas if you see an unground weld with those ridges, you know there’s nothing to hide and the weld was spot on in the first place. If you think about it it fits with the more expensive European, cheaper from the Far East thing we’ve got going on.

Aaron Gwin Using Box's Shifter and Derailleur?
Any regular rider who buys a drivetrain based on what Aaron Gwin rides... A man who is never timed for over 5 minutes, and does 6/7/8 of those a year, and most likely has an infinite amount of them available, Is a mug. Not taking anything away from Aaron, he's phenomenal. Yes there's training, qualifying etc, but Jesus guys. RIDE YOUR FUCKING BIKES

What's the Deal With SRAM's DUB System? More Questions
Everyone has their preference, but as a Shimano fan boy for life I was considering moving to eagle, but after this 29.99999 bullshit I'm staying with Shimano. Have never purchased a Sram product in my life, nearly did, now definitely won't. Someone sack the marketing manager!

Check Out - January
Scary thing is that somebody is! If I ever get to the stage where I'm wearing a shit storm trooper vest on at the trail head, cut my brake hoses and let me end it all.

Mondraker Foxy Carbon RR SL Review
@bishopsmike: I love the bike industry and everything that comes with it, but can't help to feel that manufacturers really are starting to take advantage. If it carries on like this my next bike is going to be a steel hardtail.

Mondraker Foxy Carbon RR SL Review
9. Grand. USD. That's insane. I bought a bronson a year and a half ago for £5,250. The same bike, same frame, same spec, but in a different colour is now £6,700. I'd love to hear where a 28% price hike for an identical frame and components has come from in less than 2 years.
