Lance Armstrong was a doper. He won 7 Tours de France while on his superhuman magic carpet ride. But let’s not fool ourselves, everyone else was juiced up as well … the difference between Armstrong, Pantani, Beloki, Ullrich, Hamilton, Landis … his bike. He rode a Trek OCLV carbon fibre road bike to those wins. Selling my 2014 Giant Trance 1 (27.5/650B), it’s in great shape and has been well maintained. The bike is stock minus the dropper post (price adjusted) and has an upgraded fork (Kashima coating and FIT Cartridge). It just came out of the shop with a brand new drivetrain. Great bike, climbs like a possessed billy goat and descends like a fast, super fun couch! Currently as some 2.35 Schwalbe Hans Dampf, but I have options if you'd like different rubber. Pedals not included, shipping paid by buyer

Used but well maintained Fox F29 RLC (Rebound, Lockout, Compression). This is coming off of a Niner SIR 9 SS which is my second bike so only gets about 6-8 light XC rides per year. Fork was overhauled at the end of last season at LBC. 80mm travel, 1 1/8 steerer cut to 6 5/8" (about 17cm), 9mm dropouts. In good shape, the lowers have some scuffs (pictured) but the stanchions are primo. Buyer pays shipping.
