Bourg St. Maurice is a iconic paradise for mountain biking, known for its steep and fun trails. Our local rider Vincent Pernin never stops exploring, in search of the nicest lines to ride. The ones he found take us back to the classic freeride lines we all love.

Vincent told us:

"I wanted to ride some big high speed freeride lines in my local area, Bourg St. Maurice.
Which isn’t an easy task as I had to go high in the mountains to find them."

"It took a little while exploring, but in the end, I found a bunch of really interesting lines.

We patiently waited until the last days before the snow begins to arrive for winter and it made the landscapes even better."

"It was already getting really cold, but it was worth it and that's a usual at this elevation anyway.

We had a blast during the days of filming, just being there in the middle of nature in a quiet and peaceful place.

This is such a great feeling."

"The cherry on top were the crazy sunsets at the end of each day. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it… "

Came here to see Alonso or Ocon on a bike. Was disappointed. Instead I saw some incredible vistas and riding set to music that didn't make me want stick toothpicks in my ears. Well done!

If anyone on the grid did I could honestly see those two enjoying MTB.

“I still love cycling,” Alonso told CNN. “I will probably have to use the mountain bike a little bit more now, on different trails and avoid the normal roads. Maybe, the car could be more scared now than before!” cyclingmagazine.ca/sections/ridesevents/what-are-these-f1-drivers-doing-on-bikes

Love the music, this would make for a great tire ad too with all those cheese grater rocks...

Right on Vincent! Always having fun on the bike! I remember riding some gnarly steeps with Vince in Pemberton and Whistler over 10 years ago and he was ripping like a wildman! Cool to see ya still shredding buddy!

Back in the late 90's there was people doing that with half of travel and bikes with unwatchable geometries. In any case, nice video.
