Delta Airlines Eliminates Fee for Sporting Equipment Including Bikes
British Airways allow bikes to travel for free as long as the bike box and bike come in under 23kg. We have used this airline several times over the years for our road bike and mtb. tours Several years ago I made a bike box out of 1/4" corrugated plastic with wheels and it is several pounds lighter than the fancy store bought bike box's. I can keep adding personal items to my bike box until I reach the 23kg limit, while my buddies have to check in more cargo. It's about time more airlines drop their ridiculous charges for oversized sports equipment.

Opinion: Carbon and Aluminum Wheels - Does Stiffer Always Mean Better?
@usedbikestuff: Got to love you. I am so lucky that my wife and I only want CARS, and they have to have manual transmissions. Carbon verses aluminum. Just don't get sucked in and break the bank with carbon.

Video: Venturing into the Wilds of Kyrgyzstan
Rode through Kyrgyzstan in July while heading for the Pamirs in Tajikistan. Those gravel roads sure get rough, and on those long descending roads after climbing a few hours, them down hill bikes would of been a welcome relief over our drop bar touring bikes. Hope your video inspire cyclist to take a cycling holiday in that part of the world.

Toronto International Bicycle Show 2016 - Randoms
I go to the show every year, but missed out last year because we went to NAHBS. Usually I first check out the retail area with all of the bike shops etc, looking for deals, but this year I first checked out the area with all of the bike clubs, bike events and travel area. There are a lot of regions local and abroad that want your tourist dollar, whether you ride road or MTB. This is a really helpful if you want to plan bike related weekends and holidays. It is unfortunate that there weren't more manufactures present than in the past,, but like other post, it was a great place if you wanted a deal on a road bike. It was not that long ago that it was the place to go to buy a MTB. For some reason N0.22 was in the dealer area. This Canadian company makes titanium bikes in New York State, and they are works of art. Especially the bike they had there with the $5.000 Easton carbon wheels, and the new Sram e-tap. Yummy.

327! I had that motor in my 69 Camaro. I'd rather have a 427.
