Schwinn Paramount (Kestrel) Series PDG 9C Composite
$1100 USDVery rare, one year only model, 1992 Schwinn Paramount Series 9C PDG Composite road bike. This was made when Schwinn was also parent company of Kestrel. I believe this is a 58cm, but please refer to the following measurements to ensure the bike will suit your needs. 24" crank to top of seat tube, 22" top tube center to center, 33" standover height. Frame is in very good to excellent condition with minor signs of use and age. These would have come standard with Shimano Tri-Color, but this one was built up with top of the line Dura Ace 7400 drivetrain (172.5mm cranks), Profile stem, Modolo bars, and a VERY COOL anodized titanium seatpost. The wheels are newer Ksyrium SL wheels with Continental tires. The saddle is a more recent Fizik. Components are all in nice shape, and everything appears functional. Will ship to contiguous USA at cost.

Rossin Marathon Mountain Bike Columbus Deore XT
$1300 USDVery rare Rossin Marathon mountain bike in original condition. 19" frame with a 21.75" top tube and 30.5" standover. Columbus tubing, original Dupont paint is in excellent condition with only a few minor scratches and some light surface rust on the chrome chainstay. There is some minor paint loss on the rear brake cable brace shown in last photo that could be touched up easily. Bike is equipped with original Deore XT group, including 3x6 thumb shifters, derailleurs, crankset, brakes, levers, headset, hubs and pedals. Components are in very good to excellent condition with typical signs of light use and age. Suntour XC seat post, original Hite Rite dropper has some some rust, and Avocet saddle shows some aging. Original FIR MS28D rims are in nice shape as are the original Farmer John's Cousin tires. This thing is truly a time capsule! Shifter and brake inner cables have been replaced, but otherwise bike is nearly as it was in the 80's. Comes with the original sales brochure as well.

Land Shark Dirt Shark Mountain Bike Tange Prestige

Vintage 1993 Land Shark Dirt Shark. Tange Prestige MTB frame has a 17" seat tube crank to top, a 21.75" actual top tube, 22.5" effective top tube, and a 29.25" standover height. Frame is in very good condition with no dents, cracks or rust issues. There is some minor paint loss, most notably near the dropouts and under the front derailleur. Otherwise, typical scratches and signs of use but still looks great. Likewise, the Rock Shox Mag 20 fork has some paint chips, and typical paint loss at the dropouts. Fork rebounds and is in working condition, but has not been serviced (or ridden really) in many years, so no warranty is implied. Original owners manual and air pump are included. The stem / bar combo are in good condition, with the bars measuring 22" wide. There is significant paint loss on the end of the bars, most of which is covered up by shifters, brake levers and grips. Rest of the paint is in good condition with some scratches and paint chips. Headset is a 1" Chris King in good condition.2x8 Shimano drivetrain with XT shifters, XT front and rear derailleur, XT cassette, Coda Tarantula crankset, new KMC chain, Dia Compe brake levers and canti brakes, Oury grips, unknown seatpost and Selle Italia Flite Titanium saddle. Specialized hubs are laced to Mavic 221 rims, and are wrapped in NOS WTB Velociraptor tires

Koga-Miyata SkyRunner CBL Carbolite Mountain Bike
$1300 USDVery rare Koga-Miyata SkyRunner CBL from 1990. This was their top-of-the-line MTB for that year. Frame measures 19" from center of crank to top of seat tube, and the standover is about 30.5". I recently acquired this bike and have lightly refurbished the bike to correct some of the aging and wear, and to make it ridable. The frame shows some typical signs of age and use, I touched up a few chips in the clear coat, cleaned up some of the oxidation on the aluminum lugs and applied a new decal set. The rear painted triangle was pretty chipped up, so i resprayed it in the correct silver paint color. There are still some scuffs and scratches and signs of age on frame, but bike is very presentable. Original to the bike are the rare black XT crankset, XT front and rear derailleurs, cantilever front brake and rear u-brake, as well as the XT pedals and seatpost. The Tange headset is the original, but the fork is NOT the original Tange fork, but is rather a rigid Dimension fork with Tange decals applied to match the rest of the bike. I replaced the original Odyssey stem with a new one since decals were worn (same model and length as original), and repainted the original bars. The bike originally came with XT 3x7 "push-push" shifters / levers, but they were not working, so I replaced with some bulletproof XT thumb shifters and matching XT brake levers. I also ran all new brake and shifter inner cables. The Araya rims with XT hubs are the originals, but the hubs were cleaned of oxidation and new decals were applied. The tires are brand new Panaracer Smoke tanwalls. I believe the grips to be original, but the Brooks Colt saddle obviously is not, but looks great on the bike. All in all, a beautiful example of this very hard to find bike.
