For sale is my 2018 Fuel EX 9.8. Size 21.5, I'm 6'3 and it fits me pretty much perfectly. Would fit anyone 6'0-6'6 or so. I bought the 27.5 Plus version so it has a 140 Fox 34 front fork, but I've been riding it with 29in Bontrager Line Elite 30 wheels. Both wheel sets are for sale. I also upgraded the rear shock on this bike to a MUCH better Fox Float DPX2, which really improved the bike's ride both on the up and down. I'm running 29x2.6 Nobby Nice. Aside from the new shock and tires everything is stock, and the bike had a complete tune shortly before the new shock was put on about a month ago. Brand new shock is worth $550. Here's the info: https://www.worldwidecyclery.com/products/2019-fox-float-dpx2-3pos-adj-210x52-5-trek-fuel-ex Full specs here (same as the 2018 version except the upgraded rear shock and mine has the 140 travel fork): https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bikes/mountain-bikes/trail-mountain-bikes/fuel-ex/fuel-ex-9-8-29/p/23603/?colorCode=grey The rear wheel has a pretty good dent in it (pictured) but I haven't lost any pressure yet (the 27.5 plus wheels are also for sale and basically brand new). There's also a scrape on the fork (pictured) that's just cosmetic. Otherwise the bike is in perfect shape and rides like a dream. Selling because I have too many bikes. Asking $2700 OBO. Includes both wheel sets.

Spank's Foam Filled Rim Promises Better Reliability and Feel - Crankworx Whistler 2017
"And, having ridden pretty much every carbon wheelset on the market, I also know that my favorite wheels featured low profile aluminum rims because they simply feel nicer. Either way, Spank's Vibrocore rims sure are interesting." Curious, what are his favorite wheels?
