 Well maybe they´re gonna start broadcasting at 1:15am when the big guys start, but if u go back to the top of this post u will see this: "DHI Women and Men Elite: March 18th at 12:15 - 14:20 GMT".
If we take the case of South Africa where it starts at 2.15pm (SA GMT+2) and NZ is GMT+12, I am 100% it will start at 12.15am Monday NZ, at least the finals, not the broadcasting...

 GMT ( Greenwich Mean Time) is time in England, and is the zero point in time zones. looks like for you itll be on at around 5.15am...

 The secound answer is correct currently we are in Tango where as GMT is Zulu. The time difference between Tango and Zulu is +7 so you actually minus the 7hrs to get our time which is PST. Enough acronyms for you? lol

So to simplify it start time is 1215 GMt - 7 hours and you get a start time of 0515.
