11 Year Old Transition Sensation

This year Transition sponsored an 11 year old ripper named Max Langille. This little guy kills it. He is doing no cans and supermans at the same age that I could barely even bunny hop. So far Max has been doing a great job keeping us updated with pics and vids, be on the look out for this guy. He already is dialed with how he works with his sponsors and is super professional. I see awesome things coming from him in the future. Pics and video inside,

his bike looks too big for him.
  • 47 1
 like way to big!
  • 9 2
hahaha hi zach ali jesse cole
  • 33 7
Max always rides a huge bike for him. Helps him move on the bike, kinda like a FMX bike, lots of weight compaired to the rider. Once he has a few growth spurts he will be a much better rider. Look forward to riding with ya this year max!
  • 18 3
 very good point... ^
  • 22 0
i wish i was that good when i was his age
  • 7 3
 same here
  • 13 5
buy him a bmx or something so we could se all his skills now Wink
  • 25 5
Kid should be on a bmx bike, he looks like a gerbel humpin a football, theres a reason that bikes come in different sizes. He's got skills but he'd be even better if he wasnt draggin that anchor up the face of every jump.
  • 12 1
^Nah, I'd say 11 is about the right age to move up from little kid bikes and onto a real bike! This kid rips
  • 9 3
I'd say maybe, but he looks short for 11, just saying a decent bmx would be 10+++ pounds lighter and that much easier to throw around....common sense really. The bike doesnt fit him!
  • 4 5
he is still growing fuck, that bike will fit him in 4-6 months. he will get comfertable and than be able to huck that thing real nice like.
  • 7 2
You win, your right...its far better to grow into a bike than be on a bike that fits. I suspect you'll be trading in whatever it is you ride for something completely inappropriate and then you'll struggle to make it work for the un-intended purpose just to prove your superior point. Good luck with that.
  • 2 2
well from reading the blurb up top i'm assuming hes sponsored by transition and do they make a bmx ?
  • 2 2
OH YOU CAUGHT ME, your so psychic, you defoild my master plan, of the fact that 11 year olds are STILL GROWING! i have a bike that suits my needs just fine, i have a demo 9 as i am a big guy, i need a big bike, the only thing that looks really big about his bike is the cock-pit, and if he is doing a tuck no with it already, something tells me this KID will be alright once he sprouts up a bit.
  • 2 2
4-6 months? rofl what he is ingesting HGH's? that is like saying buyin him size 10 shoes and he will grow into em, what if he doesnt? then what? anyways he rips yes and yes the bike is too big for him at this stage, im kinda surprised transition didnt weld up a 24" wheel bike.
  • 4 0
maybe the kid likes what he has. maybe he's tried other bikes and did not like them or he rides different bikes as well cuz from the looks of that quiver behind him, he is growing up in a situation where he is afforded plenty of options.
  • 3 1
i never even noticed all the other goregous bikes in the garage, boxxers hanging from the roof Lol.
  • 5 2
Heres the Deal...if you can ride better than him you can critisize his riding but remember dicks...hes 11. Awesome KID!
  • 6 0

  • 5 2
Another ginger would be olympic gold medalist Shaun White.Whats your point?
  • 1 3
It's a shame someone so talented doesn't have a soul.
  • 7 1
sure hes good for his age but i dont see why they'd sponser him it doesnt make me want to get a transition. any way nice vid and keep up the riding im sure he'll become a great rider Smile
  • 9 2
Seeing as how he is 11 and able to do No foot Cans, Supermans, Tuck no handers etc, I think the bikes size is fine Wink Keep it up Max!
  • 2 1
 ha ya mikes right
  • 3 0
Why oh why do so many people slag this kid (bike too big, easy tricks etc) cant you just appreciate someone who obviously loves to ride? hes not doing what you think he should because he is not you. stfu and maybe turn that high-powered intellect and reasoning toward the nearest mirror
  • 1 0
i agree with asdfrewq okay u guys need to leave this kid alone. u guys are all just jelouse because hes sponserd by a great bike company and ur not so leave him alone plus i bet hes better than u guys were at tht age so either give him props or leave him alone okay jeezz poor kid. would u like it if someone said u suckd or thit tht trick was easy or wat not u would feeel like shit and not accomplished now would u.so leave the kid alone hes doing great and he has a great future ahead of him keep it up kid. good luck man
  • 2 0
 ^^^ AGREED!
Mad props to this kid who is willing to WORK at getting better, and not relying on equipment to make it EASIER! This kid will go a LONG way in this sport riding for a GREAT bike company.
Props to him and TBC.
  • 6 2
his chain is a bit loose. but really that kid is awesome.
  • 3 1
they sponsered him cuz he deserves all the help he can to progress if his skill level is that great at such a young age, soo much potential and such a good sponsor!
  • 2 0
i agree wen u can ride better than him u can critisize him guys hes hella good for just being 11 so back off his case dam its nice to see kids startong early i wish i did
  • 4 2
when you see that garage he is standing in he probably got it served with a porridgespoon... hahahaha don't know if you get that...
  • 2 1
 Haha , yeah very true.
  • 2 1
everyone has a demo, stinky, double, oh and boxxer wc's hanging from there ceiling lol
  • 2 0
thats a demo frame hanging from the ceiling without a front wheel by the looks of it
  • 4 0
looks like the family supports the sport. lots of different bikes in that garage, motorized too. i'm sure he rips a bmx as well. families of bike riders produce great young riders. good on ya max. good for transition too. their sponsoring a variety of riders is just one more example of their being a truly rider based company.
  • 3 1
theres a difference between spoiled and support, my parents support my riding but if i want a knew bike i have to work for it...
  • 8 2
i'm not sure what you're saying about this 11 year old. are you suggesting that hes spoiled because of all the bikes in his garage? are you sure all those bikes are his? so, is the motorbike his as well? do you expect an 11 year old to go out and work for his recreational activities? maybe you know him. maybe you know about aspects of his life that i don't. i don't care either way. i'm just cheering on an 11 YEAR OLD FOR BEING GOOD AT BIKING. and i'm assuming the family is into the same sport i'm into. and i'm cheering on transition for supporting riders other then the pro circuit.
and i'm done.

Im sure his comment was a light hearted comment. He is not saying anything bad , just saying that this kid has probably had it better than many of us.
Well I thought it was a good comment. But yeah props to him he will be / is awessome.
  • 3 0
I just hope his parents aren't flat out buying his bike/bikes for him without him doing any work for it/them.
  • 2 0
props to him, hes a good rider and deserves the sponsorship. We were just suggesting that not everyone's garage looks like that...
  • 2 0
the garage breathes and lives biking so probably parents and older brothers or sisters do so aswell , this helpes getting into , motivated and better at all sports , nothing bad about this little grommet!

(iff i would have a son at a certain point there would be a bike for him in the garage long before he could walk..)
  • 2 1
have you thought about him not being an only child, and not the only person in his family that bikes? Either way max rips for his age. Really impressive.
  • 1 0
 hello... thats what i mean
  • 4 1
man if he keeps this up till the age of 16 and up he is going to be huge in the biking world!! Next Cam....??
  • 2 0
who cares if it's a big bike he obviously has huevos to match. Tr. sponsored cause it's what you should do for groms if you are inspired good people on and off the bike.

  • 1 1
Kk, not half bad, the kid has some potential but really the kid only does an NFC and a Superman, I kinda wanna see more of what the kid has got other than doing some small jumps and two tricks.
  • 1 0
Transition should try making a sweet frame for 24s, and have it be his signature bike! I think there's a market for such a thing, I had to have one custom built...
  • 2 0
sick double cans, keep up the good work. anyone know song in video?
  • 1 0
transition should build a custom 24" and give him that, maybe he'd find it easier to ride
  • 2 0
all that being taken into consideration he still has ginger pubes
  • 1 0
hahaha, i dont think he even has pubes

there is always people that say bad things because they are so jealous of the person. like driezzz,leaderbean345, slopestyleguy .
  • 2 0
why would you guys say bad things about him. what are your problems . If you don't have any thing nice to say why would you say any thing at all. why don't you treat people how you would like to be treated. If you guys are sponsosored or you guys got sponsored and just random bike riding people came up to you guys and said you are shit and you suck at biking etc then how would that make you fell, you would fell bad. or if one of your biking idols came up to you and straight away said you suck at biking then you would fell really bad. So why would you guys say bad things about this guy?
  • 2 2
