Since when are video stills photos? It's a hell of a lot easier to pick the best fame from a video than it is to capture a moment in time on a single shot. Sure some might shoot high speed shutter but picking from a full real shouldn't get top photo credits.

#3 all the way. If I needed to convince someone that enduro racing is not a walk in the park I'd show them this photo. Good photography IMHO is not only composition and colours, it's about the feeling one gets while looking at it and the story behind. Who is the rider? Where is this place? Did she finish the race and what position?
