Are there shuttle for the work parties? Cause pedaling up 6000ft to throw dirt doesn't sound like my kind of party...

@Zachmozach: I have the best healthcare in the world. It ain't free, but I can go to my doctor and say I want my knee scoped next week cause it's kinda bothering me, and next Tuesday I'll be on the table at a top 5 hospital in the world... I did that last year and it cost me $200 total out of pocket (preop, MRI, surgery, post-op). Meanwhile a Canadian blows a knee and has to wait 9 months for surgery... But it's "free"... Till he/she looks at the taxes taken out of their paycheck. Lots more where that example came from. I think healthcare in a 1st world country is a right not privelege, but I don't want to give up my current healthcare situation either. There is a nice middle ground.

@scjeremy: that doesn't bring in money. You know what does? Putting 20 more units in charging $2000/month each. Where land is expensive, every square foot counts. You don't have to worry about filling the development, the demand is already there. Mtb needs a wealthy benefactor to buy a centrally located lot, and and do 1 weekend of Earthwork to tough in the lines and pile dirt.

Liv Women's Only A-Line - Video
Are women really so weak that they need a special "safe place" to learn? What happened to feminism and equality? I know I certainly didn't have it roped off for me to learn... Is this really the message we should be sending to little girls: you're weak and slow and unskilled and need to be treated as handicapped so you feel okay to learn? Why wouldn't they just pair the women up with another women ripper and let them shred and progress like us normal folks do... instead of something lesser that needs special treatment?

Stumpjumper with Upgrades

$1100 USD
2011 Stump Jumper FSR Comp This bike with a few upgrades listed below: https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bike-archive/2011/sjfsr/sjfsrcomp/23341 Upgrades: Mavic Crossride wheel set Avid Trail 9 brakes 740 mm handlebars (pulled brand new off of new Enduro) 70mm Stem (pulled brand new off of new Enduro) Two new sets of brake pads additional This bike was bought new and spent the first 2.5 years of its life riding the very mellow, very buff trails of the San Francisco Bay Area. I moved up to the PNW and started riding more DH oriented trails and needed a bigger bike that didnt need to be as quick and nimble, nor playful. This bike has seen light use, though it does have a few scratches here and there. I always had the suspension serviced every 6 months or about every 100-120 miles. I am open to any reasonable offers (including money + trade), so hit me up if you have any questions or want more pictures and im sure we can work something out!
