To Encourage Biking, Cities Lose the Helmets
you should always wear a helmet! you may not always need it but when u crash and/or go down hard then you'll be glad that you did. also there are so many assholes out their who drive and don't seem to care if they hit you as they will drive away without any remorse for their actions >:(
