[PI=https://www.pinkbike.com/photo/8556514/ size=l0 align=c][/PI]Increasingly, fields which do not allow access to sports. In cordoba practically there is no places in which East allowed access. In the national parks, it is forbidden to enter with bicycles, access is prohibited in Patagonia in almost all private fields in the North is the same. What then is what happens; the owners became crazy and selfish coup, or it is there a much more fine problem that we do not want.

We are many who practice sports or perform activities outdoor, (climbing, paragliding, MTB, FR, DH or AM even XC)
Many probably remember those times in which it was possible to enter private property or across a public field to practice our sport favorite if major problems.

In recent years with the growing increase in the general population, and the rising tide of athletes, these disclosures are impossible or almost null.
Keep in mind that a XC race in ' 96 called 100 runners currently "Río Pinto" it has 5000, a DH race with luck calling 30, today space close to 200 participants (leaving many outside). Even with the foil case is similar, see a wing a few years ago was a rarity, but is nowadays fairly common in areas where this sport is practiced.
But the key problem is not the number of people who practice the sport or the owners of the fields "vibe" that prohibit us access. The problem ourselves, that we behave as a kind of plague, every time we are more and increasingly leave more dirt or impact most on the paths we crossed.
Some years ago when we crossed a field and we found ourselves responsible or the owner, humbly we asked you permission. Because we were clear alone. Now the instead go in larger groups or much more frequently, and when we find ourselves the owners leave the humility of side to behave as a pseudo "bullies" and wanting to assert "our implicit right" to use that place, "as we are many we have to miss" more than once heard this phrase that simply linda with chronic stupidity.
Precisely because we are many, we are a bigger problem, and field owner can easily see ourselves as what we are actually, a real pest that a plague that if does not stop is going to be much larger multiplies.
Keep in mind that these fields are the backyard of another person. No one would come a stranger, transit freely by our yard and leave trash, hygienic papers, bottles, or leave the door open so that escape our animals.
If another person invade our backyard simply call the police even have the legal and real right to open fire against this person.
Then in illogical head enters, the idea of crossing a field private as if was free access, and in the process leave spam, catch fire, break any wiring or even when the owner of the field approaches to treat it as if it was the enemy and attempting to intimidate him with "our implicit rights", implied by a delirium own and personal, because in reality he has all the legal right give us kicked out and permanently prohibit access.

The only way to not finish failing outright as the Crusaders in the middle ages. It is simply back to humility. The capacity of negotiation. But above all things to be part of the solution and not "a pest" to the owner of the field. Basically do not forget that these fields in which we want our beloved sports are privately owned. They are somebody else's backyard, it is why we fear that cut with these practices despotic believe us above others because we are climbers, cyclists or hang-gliders, or any other sport that is practiced in the air free, we must stop believing that we are supermen to do this type of activity.

The only way not to permanently lose access is simply be allied of the owners of the fields, this is our only way to negotiate.
To which must follow a few simple rules:
Always ask permission before entering, and even if possible, negotiate and prove that we are not going to damage the field will even protect it from others.
Maintain close contact with the owner of the field or the person in charge and pay attention to your needs. I.e.: if it says that you have to fix wiring, for example, we offer our help (a day "lost" can give us years of fun)
Always warn before going, but if the owner gave us free access and informs us that any given day we can not go for any reason in particular, respect it. (E) inform him in some way to the rest of the sporting community.
No more littering of any kind (if you brought, you take it). If you shells them of fruit are biodegradable, throw them in your own backyard. I don't think anyone it likes to pass a stranger and dispose of biodegradable trash in your yard. Less than less used hygienic paper.
Do not throw fire without authorization, and if we are entitled to do so with care and make sure that I turn off it well to remove us (but always try to avoid the use of fire). If we incendiamos the field not only burn the flora, we also burn the House of the owner, their livestock, their horses, etc.
Each one of us can be a spokesman for the owner of the field and act as "partners" and when we look at someone arronjando shells, Papal or spam of some sort, inform them and educate them.
If you see any strange behavior that we know that it is forbidden, motocross, theft, illegal logging, etc. Call the owner of the field or the authorities.
These rules could surely be many more, but actually the main to take into account is common sense, not forgetting that we are in the courtyard of another person with a priceless privilege for guests. Do not forget that this privilege is lost with less error. And hardly regain it once lost. (When we miss a guest in our home rarely this can re-enter).
We are aware that if we want to continue our sports. We must necessarily change our behavior. And stop thinking selfishly. "it is a piece of paper" or "if I have this shell stain me the clothing" or "let the total open tranquera here happens nobody", all these phrases and many others we are increasingly moving away more than our possibilities for our sports.
Change is now, we are still on time and is not yet too late. Each of us has the ability to make a difference. And achieve little by little to recover lost ground, turning our sports practice sustainable and friendly to those who are the owners of the fields.
We who fear the election in our hands and we can choose, be a plague, or be a solution.
