DVO Introduces New Onyx 38 Fork
Eagerly replying to claims of 'marketing talk' with paragraphs, but continually avoiding an actual number. This says all we need to know, doesnt it.

Welcome to Shock Week 2023 - Mountain Bike Suspension Terminology Explained
@R-M-R: Thanks for the response. I feel OP got a bit unfairly pointed towards the article; seems like it's not that he doesn't understand about air, but rather how coil avoids that progressive behavior.
This twisting thing is new knowledge for me and helps answer that question.

Review: Formula Cura 4 Brakes
@Mac1987: I find the E4s comparable to dominions, and the V4 noticeably more powerful, and hence better power/lever effort. Dominion levers indeed feel more 'luxurious' but the hopes are perfectly fine. Both very light action and faultless.

Review: Formula Cura 4 Brakes
@howejohn: I'm using them, V4 front and E4 rear. Never thought I'd move on from Hayes Dominion A4s but then I tried these. Hard pressed to find any issue with these, power modulation fade resistance are all solid. As a bonus I find the calipers aesthetically unmatched, not even caring about Trickstuff anymore.
And nah no way shimano brakes are bad, I'd run them. Sram levels and guides can burn in hell tho.

First Ride: Factory Cycles Squatcho - Crankworx Whistler 2023
Doesn't the Era go up to 170mm, or is that a V1 thing or LT? My hot take is that these designs need to be tested on mass market suspension, can't have boutique suspension accounting for the positives. Let the frame speak for itself.
Very cool linkage nonetheless, I wonder if we'll see more floating brake mounts in future.

First Ride: 2024 RockShox SID Ultimate Fork
Why call it a top-out spring, doesn't this just help with a more supple top-stroke like in the EXT Era? The absence of buttercups is noticeable, seems like the spring is doing its job? There was a decision here to forgo buttercups, which can't be too costly weight wise. Kinda curious.

They're both glorious, Rockshox really bringing their A-game to the colors of this generation.
Except for meadow green I guess, I'm alone with my love for that one.
