Ibis Ripley V4, Medium, Blue Steel, Excellent

$1700 USD
For sale is my Ibis Ripley V4 carbon frame in excellent condition. It is a size Medium in Blue Steel. The bike has been well maintained and treated very well and ridden mostly on green/blue trails. The frame was purchased brand new by me and has been partially wrapped in frame protection since day 1. There are a few cosmetic-only flaws which I have tried to document in the pictures. Ibis touch up paint is included, however, no touch ups have been performed. The shock, a Fox Float Factory DPS with EVOL, is also in excellent condition and very lightly used as I have mostly rode with a different shock on this frame. This bike is awesome. It's very well balanced in going up, pedaling, and going down. It's a very flexible platform that can be built up light and speedy, or with burlier components and has been a ton of fun to ride everywhere. It would make an amazing one bike quiver. I am selling this bike because I have two bikes, and have replaced this with a bigger bike that has less overlap with my hardtail. The frame also includes: - Seat clamp - Thru-axle - Downtube protector (not shown in pictures) - ISCG adapter - Brand new set of replacement bushings from Ibis - Extra brand new derailleur hanger - Touch up paint Buyer pays shipping. The bike will be shipped via BikeFlights and packed exactly like my new Ibis Ripmo frame that just arrived from the factory, in an Ibis box and will be insured for the amount of sale. Last estimate to ship to the east coast U.S. was around $115. I accept payment via Cash, Venmo, or PayPal only. I will cover the PayPal expenses at the asking price. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS! Not included in the asking price above. All parts were purchased brand new by me. All parts are in excellent condition. Pictures available by request. +$550, EXT Storia Lok V3 Coil Shock - Custom tuned for the bike and while a curious choice for a bike like this, it achieved exactly what I was after which was more traction/composure on the downhills, while maintaining the pedal/playfulness. Comes with 2 springs. +$400, 2022 Rockshox Pike Ultimate 140mm, 29", 42mm offset fork - Optimal travel for this frame IMO and great combo of capability and weight.

Rude sure seems to be the real deal! Proving his versatility and consistency like a true champ. I do kinda wonder what he'd be doing on the world cup scene...

For the rear shock remote, is that an XLoc Sprint? Which Monarch is that rear shock? Anyone know if that will work with a Monarch Plus Debonair? Is that a custom job?

Enve M70 27.5"/650b Black w/ DT Swiss 240s Maxxis High Rolle

$2000 USD
For sale is a never-ridden 27.5"/650b Enve M70 wheel set in stealth black rolling on DT Swiss 240s hubs. The hubs are setup for 15mm front/12x142mm rear thru-axles, 6-bolt interfaces for rotors and the rear hub shell uses the XD driver for SRAM 11-speed drivetrains. Also included are never-ridden Maxxis High Roller II 2.35 EXO tires setup tubeless. These were taken from a brand new 2015 Santa Cruz Nomad, never even touching dirt once. I have to assume if you are looking at these wheels, you know what you're after. Needless to say, these things are awesome and might be as sweet as they come! These wheels are burly, stiff, have an inner width of 25mm, yet are still light and provide a great platform for all mountain, enduro and trail riding. The reason I am selling these is because I opted for a lighter XC-oriented setup. Was a tough decision though because these are absolutely beautiful! Click here for more detailed information: http://enve.com/products/wheels/m70-thirty-27-5-m7027c/ I tried to provide as many detailed photos as I could but it was hard to capture how nice these look in person. Also please note that the whitish look to the tires are what I believe to be residue left from the factory and/or possibly sealent as these have never been ridden before. Buyer is responsible for any duty fees, taxes and shipping. Payment is via PayPal only. Upon receipt of payment, the item will be shipped immediately with insurance for the amount of sale. I will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses that are in the United States or Canada. This item is sold as is without any warranty. All sales are final. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions. Thanks for your consideration!

33 Enduro World Series Bike Checks
just looked closer on the specialized website and you are absolutely correct! i may have been thinking of the stumpy fsr which i believe at one point had a carbon rear triangle for the s-works model only. the main reason i was curious was because i was comparing the s-works enduro to the expert carbon model. looks pretty much like the same frame between the two. the expert carbon seems to be the better value in my book.

Riding Jared Graves' Prototype Yeti SB6c
any comments on how it pedaled? how did SI react to the softer setup? 17.4" sounds kinda longish for the chain stays though it sounds like it's still quite agile. trouble lifting the front wheel up at all?

could be trippin', but isn't the s-works enduro frame supposed to be full carbon? looks like the rear triangle is aluminum. no confidence in the carbon rear triangle? can see it better here: http://www.mtb-mag.com/en/interview-curtis-keene-speaks-on-racing-his-career-and-more/
