So Amazing! My friends and I built Amuse Bouche (www.trailforks.com/trails/amuse-bouche) and Hors d'oeuvre (www.trailforks.com/trails/hors-d-oeuvre), but now I'm in the heart of Toronto! So few ferns and creeks!

It’s either a Transition Sentinel or Spire. Can’t tell which one but it’s definitely a Transition

@zadrozny91: I just got an ohlins edition madonna 2 months back. Hands down the best bike i've ever ridden. My only small complaint is the nearly 39 pound weight (double down tires, cush core, dominion A4 brakes). Its extremely smooth and quiet, keeps up with DH bikes, and has taken the biggest hit ive ever taken on a bike casing a road gap. I'm positive that if I was riding a carbon trial bike from last year, the bike would not have survived. Get the madonna, you wont regret it!

@scubasteve278: yeah I'll be looking at replacing my 21 spec status next year and madonna is high on the list especially I can buy it in europe when I go visit home and can get decent pricing on it...

how's climbing been for you?

@zadrozny91: climbing isn't terrible and I dont find the weight to really affect the climbing much. The only time I notice the weight is on really mellow trails or anything thats not pointing down. If your average ride is winch to the top to shred down, you will have no regrets. I've ridden multiple bikes from multiple big brands, and it is hands down the best descender and most confidence inspiring bike I've ridden. Ive had a few friends take a test ride and they all have the same feedback...super confidence inspiring and way more solid feel then their bikes (stumpy evo, rm altitude, trek slash)

Quick tip for future reference because I had the same question:

Look through comments, find comments that indicate clue, look at profile, where do they live, open trailforks, locate town/city, find riding zone with “Creek” in name.

@FilipStarcevic: I followed your breadcrumbs, and found what I bet you found, and I doubt I’m any closer to knowing what this trail is than I was before.

I don’t live anywhere near there, so I’m not actually trying to know what the trail is. My point is more, like, they built this trail. If they wanted to advertise to the world how to find it, they would have. I’ve never been to this part of BC, but I’d bet a bakers dozen of Tim Horton’s donuts that this is not on TF at all. Maybe it’s in the zone with Creek in its name, but it sure ain’t any of the blue trails that are in that zone. Y’all want to know where this is, you’re going to have to know someone, build relationship, build community, maybe put in some labor yourself, and those are very good things.

Anyway, that’s all directed more at the person who asked the question to begin with. But it’s a little bit for the person I’m responding to also.

And Roberts Creek sucks worse than Squampton. Don't come here.

For every blue trail you see on Trailforks, there's another black+ trail not so far away. I'd bet that's pretty normal; you can't publicize that stuff or the ebikers/motos/etc. will come and either trash it, or get it closed when they require a med-evac.

@BrambleLee: Ha. You're probs right. One of the exits looks just like one up the road from my house. In my defense somebody else from "The other creek" got fooled in the comments too

We have a bunch of similar new loamers up there.
