@krystianj: Haven't tried, but from looking at them the very high waist is going to make a nature stop harder than necessary. a few reviews also note the leg elastic is a little loose. i'd be a bit wary...

I've got Swat bibs, Pearl Izumi and Alpinestars. I'd say the Swat's are my least favourite, only because of the chamois, it's very short and is really just under the tush. The Alpinestars are the best but are just for rowdier days as they have hip protection (they are Paragon V2, they also have removable back protection). Alpinestars' chamois is the business. The Pearl Izumi MTB bib shorts liner are the all rounder. The Pearl Izumis also have cargo pockets (though not as well made as the Swats

eMTBs, fine, got no big problem with them. competitive eMTB races? I really don't get the point. neither a true moto sport or a true athletic sport, a diluted version of both.

Field Test: 9 XC Bikes & the Grim Donut VS the Efficiency Test
This was a really good test. If we take the numbers at face value and ignore the variables that can't be accounted for, then the differences are significant. The Lux putting 19 seconds over the Yeti in less than 3 minutes? That's a huge difference.

Review: Specialized Recon 3.0 Shoes
I've got the Boa L6s and it really is so easy to adjust them. Tightening, super easy. Loosening, not as easy but it's far from inconvenient.
