Up for sale is a 2008 Santa Crus Blur LT V1. The frame is anodized black. Size Medium in good condition. It does have a few scratches from normal riding. No dings or dents. This was my wife's bike and then my middle son took over riding this bike until he moved onto my Nomad V4. Up for sale is my son's old mountain bike. He outgrew it last year. The frame is a Specialized Hotrock 24. I think the frame is a 2014 but I am not positive. Almost everything else that came stock on this bike has been upgraded. The fork has been changed to a Suntour Epicon Air Fork with 100mm travel. This fork is way better than the stock coil fork that came with the bike. The fork is rebound and somewhat compression adjustable. Main upgrade is the air spring portion which allows you to adjust the air spring for lighter riders. The stock fork would travel about 20mm with my 80lbs son on it. You can now set the fork air spring so you can use all the travel when riding. The fork upgrade also adjusted the geometry of the frame - It slackened the head tube angle from 69 degrees to 67 degrees which is way better for more aggressive trail riding. The bike was setup so my son could follow us on some somewhat technical downhill sections of trails that the family currently rides. The drivetrain has been upgraded to a 10sp single front narrow/wide chain ring setup with 30t front absolute black oval ring on Trailcraft 140mm crank arms(perfect for kids) with a 11t-42t cassette for trail riding. SRAM GX derailuer with GX 10sp cassette and X7 shifter. All in good condition and working great. The tires have been upgraded to the best 24" tires available: Maxxis 24x2.4 DHF and DHR2 with 70% tread rear and 90% front. Tires are setup with inner tubes. Wheels are 24" Alex Pro with specialized disc only hubs - quick release skewers. Bike has Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors with shorty levers for kids smaller hands. Front cockpit is an Easton carbon monkey light DH bar with Yeti lock ons. Stock specialized 70mm stem with 10 degree rise. Bike weighs 25.9 lbs with the pedals as shown. Everything in the pictures comes with the bike. This is a very similar setup to a Trailcraft Pineridge which runs about $1800 new. The bike is in good used condition. It does have some scratches in the paint from normal use. There are no dings, dents or structural issues with the bike. The bike is in perfect riding condition as it sits but my son has outgrown it. Time for it to go to another family for more ripping. Bike was upgraded to be the best kids trail hardtail it could be within reason. Would be perfect for an 8-10 year old depending on their height.
