Ryno Power's Ryan McCarthy Says Their Supplements Not Responsible for Rude & Graves' Failed Drug Tests
@clink83: I've taken college level nutrition courses and they were a joke. Dangerous ... can you explain ? Do you mean if 1 ton of a supplement fell on your head kinda dangerous?

Upgrades: seat (Fi'zi:k Tundra M5), bottle holder, Shimano SPD pedals, Shimano Ultegra Brake Pads I'm not using it much so making space in the shed for a new Mountain bike. Located in Squamish.

Poll - How Clean is EWS Racing?
Firstly, speculation from uniformed members of the public about certain athletes doping can be really destructive and divisive which doesn't help the athletes or the sport in general. Until recently the EWS has had it's head in the sand in terms of PEDs. The EWS has a unique part to play in fairness in sport and particularity cycling. The EWS is self regulatory so it presents an opportunity to actually side step a lot of corruption associated with the UCI and WADA. I think in general the EWS handles normal cheating at it's events quite well. How it deals with doping could set an example to the rest of sport and particularity cycling.

2014 Norco Range 7.1, size small, in good condition. This was my girlfriends bike and we're selling because she just got a new bike. Bought a year ago and has been minimally ridden since, mostly North Van and Squamish. Parts: XT Brakes -160 mm Fox 34 float w/ CTD (with 2015 cartridge) -Fox Evolution Float CTD LV high volume - Maxxis High Roller on front and back -1X10 with 32T narrow wide chain ring, 11-36T cassette, and I'll throw in a brand new 40T One Up ring that I was planning on installing. -XT shifters - new XT Shadow derailleur -Brand new BB installed - Fox DOSS dropper seatpost. Some minor scratches and the paint on this bike is very chippy, so some flakes have come off the rear end (chainstays and seatstays). Purely cosmetic and can probably be fixed with some nail polish. - One very minor dent on the down tube. I can potentially bring the bike to Squamish for a showing. https://www.norco.com/bike-archives/2014/range-alloy-71/
