i've always envied bmx bikes, they are such simple and durable machines,
is there a go-to build for 26 or 650 bike? single speed disk brake bike, simple and durable.
i wish i could ride bmx, but that pedaling position is not great for my back and knees.
is there a go-to bike you guys can suggest? thanks

The problem with sports in general, there's like a several billion person cluster fuck trying to be good at any of them. I started hockey when I was 3, and still ended up getting discarded eventually. These guys will all be discarded as soon as someone better comes along.

As an idea the sound design is an interesting one. However in the context of the overwhelmingly white MTB community and the absolute whiteness of the crowd/riders in the edit, it seems insensitive to the conditions under which King’s speech was given, from my American perspective.

What do you mean "we" (appropriate)? BMXers? Americans? Whites? The videographer looks to be from Estonia, perhaps the message of the speech resonates to him personally. I thought it was a brilliant change from the predictable background music that is so common it has become boring. He was speaking to Jr. Highers about finding their strengths and maximizing their abilities and not quitting. Lessons for all regardless of the obstacles.

The determination to achieve excellence.

We think this speech goes beyond and can have even broader meaning, in comparison what the speech was originally meant for.

The decision to use this speech in the short film was entirely the videographers choice. We weren't against it though.

In Estonia and Latvia we don't have too many black people, so you can get audience shots with them.

The event in Tallinn though has quite a few black riders and skaters participating.
