elka launch new mountain bike shocks
Motorbike suspension outfit move into cyclingMotorcycle and ATV suspension specialists Elka are breaking into the mountain bike shock market with four models to cater for downhill, freeride and all mountain bikes. All of the new range of shocks will feature custom-tuned damping, and be supplied with either hi-tensile alloy or titanium springs, at varying spring rates.

Each model will be available in several length/stroke combinations – including the 10.5” x 3.5” size – so they can be fitted on many bikes, past and present.
The new mountain bike suspension line-up incorporates many of the same suspension technologies that have been used to win multiple ATV World and National Championships, SCORE Baja Championships, Mini-Motocross Championships and Motorcycle Road Racing Championships.
