Apr 14, 2018Felt Z5 LTD
$1000 USDAlmost new bike, only ridden for less than 100 miles.
Bike comes with 105 grupo as part of the stock build.
the Z5 is fun and super comfy. I had the chance to ride this bike with a light set of carbon wheels, and Oh my! It felt like a $6000 bike..
The Z shares the same stiffness of the bottom braket as there FR series, for pedal efficiency, meaning, this bike wants to accelerate. The different happends in the front end of the bike, where the head tube is a little taller, for more a comfortable and upright position. Most of us don't need to kill our back to have a fun day on the bike.
By the Way the LTD is for a special color way, the only made about 500 of that color only for that year. wait until you see the frame up close, the carbon layout looks amazing. And, like I said, almost new, ZERO scratches.

15-Minute Yoga Routine To Enhance Balance and Agility
First: Any comment without personal experience is based in assumptions. So, get on the bike, hit the weights, get on the mat, do something, then talk!
Second: You can do weights for bodybuilding, rehab, agility and power, etc. In the same way there are multiple ways you can use Yoga, YES including making you faster on the bike, injury rehab, strengthening, flexibility, etc
This is not to say that yoga is more effective than weigh training, they are both very effective for the right purpose and the right person, the fact is that doing some sort of extra training aid besides just pedaling will make you a better, faster, smoother and a less injury prone rider.
