Or you could keep your old banger DH rig and buy a fleet of roombas to drag you up to the trail. Then they could make their own way back to their charging stations on the back of the ute while you get to ride down the trail on a proper DH bike.
Bonus: cleanest damn fire roads/access trails in the country.
There'd probably be money left over to dress them up like little dinosaurs or baby seals or something too.

Only 18% on admin is pretty good I think. The $1 a day for starving kids that was hot back in the 90's ran at ~80% on admin in my area.
Good point on the man-cancer - but then the bike wouldn't have "boobs" on the down tube
