What’s the Significance of the Specialized Direct-to-Consumer Move? It’s Complicated.
@billg: as one who works at a “Tier 2” Specialized dealer, we don’t see the $50. It’s a convenience/shipping fee collected and kept by Specialized. It’s a racket, honestly.

Win an E-Thirteen TRS+ Dropper Post - Pinkbike's Advent Calendar Giveaway
@ride4austin: I would warranty the 9point8. I had one with the same issues, but eventually it was even acting up in warm temps. Turns out there was a bad seal and the brake mechanism was highly contaminated with oil. I'm a mechanic in a lbs, so they sent me a new brake with updated seals. After cleaning the inside of the stanchion with brake cleaner, and installing the new brake, my Fall Line has been flawless.

Syncros Matchbox Tailor HV1.5 Bottle Cage – Review
I own the version of this tool that does not include the pump, and the tray will never slide out unintentionally. It is secured with 2 clips that are pretty strong and give a nice audible click when engaged. I love mine.

This isn't a great deal. For $2825 USD, you can get the latest Giant Trance 2 which has full SLX gruppo, tubeless out of the box (literally no tubes, and they include sealant). You also get Fox suspension with Maestro. Way better bike for the price.

Does Manitou's Mastodon Pro Make Fatbikes More Fun? - Review
While they are definitely not for everyone, fatbikes are here to stay for a few parts of the world. Many people in New England choose a fatty as their one and only steed. I just recently made the jump to full-suspension fatty year-round and am not looking back. I have yet to meet a non-bike park trail in VT that the Bucksaw can't handle. I thought they were a joke until I rode one. Bigger smiles factor.

The latest generation Foes Mutz is 150mm front and rear. That's who Manitou partnered with in making the OEM 150mm model.
