Hi this is my FOX RP23, it came off a 2013 Titus Elguapo V3 The shock is 216x63mm Boostvavle makes the shock more sensitive as there is a higher negative air chamber. Does not include Bushings, but I can install some for an extra price if that is requested. Its has Medium Rebound setting and Medium Compression so right in the middle. Shock settings: Rebound Open and Pedal switch 3 compression settings that are changed by lifting and rotating the blue top cap. The shock is in good condition, only one tiny mark at the bottom which does not affect the stroke as the shock does not even reach there at full compression. Small scratches on the CAN body, but that does not affect anything again. The shock has old oil inside it, so especially when it is cold it can sound a bit mushy, but that is just the nature of the shock and having the older oil inside, works how it should regardless. I can do a full seal and oil replacement for around 18 pounds because that is the price of a seal kit for this specific shock. That will essentially make the shock like "new". Postage is around 4 pounds witin UK Thank you

Great one by chainring, very light and has little wear, like seen on the pictures. I will thoroughly clean it again before sale. I'm selling this chainring because I went up to a 36T and wanted an original chainring that matched my crankset. Postage is included in the price, within UK, if buying somewhere else the price is 10 Pounds + Postage Grab a steal because a new one costs 35 pounds :) Full description of the chainring: The Race Rings utilize a unique tooth profile with wider and deeper teeth, creating increased chain engagement The deeper tooth profile and wider teeth reduce the distance a chain can slip, increasing chain retention and ring longevity Made from 4mm 7075 aluminium and hard anodized, Gamut's Race Rings are a straight forward, quality option for riders who ride high calibre components Weight: 32t - 29g 104-4 BCD

2017 Pinkbike Awards: Innovation of the Year Winner
So basically the flawed suspension design that won? Not only does it look ugly as hell, but the amount of flex in the rear “triangle” if you can even call it that is beyond stupid and anyone can notice it. It even went as far as the shock link was touching the frame. Other issues like massive pedal kickback because they wanted it to climb so well, so apparently it recents good as well. This design is only good for one thing which is climbing. The amount of flex and pedal kickback it has in the decents it is a nightmare. I wouldn’t even call it close to being a winner.

Santa Cruz Nomad 4 - Review
This bike does look great, but everyone thinking it has been designed from the ground up is wrong, if you look up the Nomad 3 prototypes, an almost exact prototype was made that resembled the Nomad 4, but they ended up going with the VPP link because it apparently felt better. They just took the old design, made some geometry tweaks and added metric sizing. Not as much effort as everyone thinks this "new" bike took.
