Results: Laurie Greenland & Stacey Fisher Win Round 3 of the British National DH Series at Llangollen

The results are in from the third round of the 2022 British DH National Series at Llangollen with top UK talent getting between the tape.

Just one week after the Fort William World Cup Laurie Greenland is back between the tape with a sizeable win of nearly two seconds over Charlie Hatton with Roger Vieira completing the top three, 2.81 seconds off the pace. For the Elite Women, Stacey Fisher dominated the field with a massive four-second win over Katherine Sharp and a six-second gap back to third-placed Becci Skelton.

 Nice to see Peaty and Will Longden 1 & 2 in the Vet Men in times that would have got them a top 25 in Elite. Still got it!

 Matt Walker won qualies though, really nice to see and Williams push each other, Williams would have placed 2nd in the elites.

 tight racing in the men's, although looks to me like it was Phoebe gale who dominated the women's racing.

 Rach has been pretty open on her social media about loving being a mom and living it out to the fullest. I wouldn't expect to see her line up this year. Racing at that level is more of a mental thing than it is fitness and I can totally understand why she prefers taking it chill.

 She wasn’t worth the attention when she was racing. And still isn’t. Just let her go be a mom. The current field of talent is way better than the one-horse shows of her and Anne Caroline Chausson’s days.
