Really missed the preview show, coverage of the pro stage and any form of live timing throughout the race.
I totally get the difficulty of covering the race but for those of who avidly follow the sport it would have been nice for a bit more coverage over the weekend.
I guess we have been spoilt in the past by Rick and the team.

 Can any locals tell me the name of that trail for my return trip in scotland in september please. The bottom part looks like lone wolf but is the top section new?

 It's called Dances with Wolves. There is a new start line from the trees which has been constructed for this. You used to have to traverse from lone wolf but it's now one of the best tracks in the Valley!
