Hopefully he didn’t pedal all the way up there for that much racing

Is this the new Star wars Jedi movie, with his periodic magic mud sensing camera cleaning Sabre finger? Absolutely incredible! even better than top gun maverick .

Some of his riding is truly next level bonkers, especially at the start. Literally pinning it in a straight line no matter the obstacle, big ass rocks, drops, creek gaps, he just mows straight over them at Mach Chicken.

Dog's owners thinking "Oh yeah, Charly will surely love to run with bike racers off leash !"

His attitude towards his competitors was top notch.

I am too polite for this type of riding.

Very positive/fun attitude despite the competitive event. Loved how he cheered up the riders in front of him!

I follow Kilian on insta, and the dude is crazy, doing some amazing riding, but help me to understand. Is this a pro-sponsored athlete that showed up at the amateur event and just dominated it? I mean there are some good riders at the front of peleton but looks like they had no stamina left. This looks like I would show up at green single-track ride and just destroy all the beginners there Big Grin

I might be wrong I just do not know how to qualify for Mega Avalanche and who usually participates there, but looks like local iron man that has all kinds of people that cannot even walk uphill at the start line

You might be confusing this race (Inca Avalanche,in Peru) with the Megavalanche (in Alpe d'Huez,France, and in the Réunion Island).
The field in this race is 99.9% amateur, while in the Megavalanche a few dozen pros attend every year.
But yes,Killian is a beast however you look at it.

Here I am 18 minutes in thinking 'surely the finish isn't far off now...'

Same. 20 min in, this must be ending now. Look. 27 min left…WTH!!!

Such a fun track! Nothing like sitting on a 14,500’ pass and looking up to see an 18,000’ mountain nearby. Killian is next level!

Nice one Killian, so fast and smooth and making it look easy. Winning qualis, then starting finals way behind everyone was one of the coolest race moves I've ever seen

That was a lot of viewing but worth every second, the sheer pace and power was next level, hitting that shit blind was perhaps some of the wildest bike stuff I've seen, fukcing impressive.

That's a lot of DH bikes for a race that typically centralized around endurance. But for all i know thats the only bike they have.

Saw this last night was great entertainment. His line choice on a later section was awesome. Slow in and straighten up and go
  • 2 0
 Ho-lee-sheet! That was crazy.
  • 2 0
That move over the drain at 2:26...
  • 1 0
It doesn't get much better than that...and pretty much ALL the comments above. Kilian's skills payin' the bills!
