bigquotesCheck out the best of the EWS Burke action with our highlights. Trek Factory Racing’s Harriet Harnden made it two in a row by taking the win in the USA at round five of the 2022 EWS season. Home-nation hero Richie Rude (Yeti/Fox Racing) resisted the pressure from resurgent Canyon Collective rider Jack Moir to emerge victorious in front of his friends and family. Enduro World Series

Richie's grandmother loves his BMX background

She obviously spends a ton of time in the PB comments!

Enjoyed that coverage. The guys seem to have taken the feedback on board and showed a broader cross-section of riders. Good to see Jack back amongst it.

Not impressed. I think the team need to sit down and rewatch what they produced in 2017 etc which was far superior and actually told the story of the race. When some of the content from the athletes is better and posted sooner than the “professional “ EWS content then there is something very wrong

And they need to let Ric McLaughlin know that in MTB, there are *five* podium spots - he spent most of the women's broadcast talking as if this were road racing and there were only 3 podium steps. Rampage, DH, slopestyle, and even XC all have commentators with a deep understanding of the sport and insight to impart. What the hell happened to EWS?

@powturn: there are only 3 podium spots in EWS racing......

@brookscurran: Ha, outside of UCI jurisdiction. I'll eat my hat on this one. Apologies to Ric!

The announcer's mic mixing is strage. Out of phase, maybe?

Put it in mono and the commentator goes away so yeah perfectly out of phase

It must be due to the influence of the ground breaking podcast by Henry and Ben AKA the Bucket Boys

Same two corners on repeat on every stage..

The audio is seriously bad, perfectly out of phase, so the commentary disappears in mono, music is gash. Honestly this makes me fear for the future of World Cup DH. Hopefully Redbull announce a new series and there’s some watchable racing content next year…

If you're gonna make us pay for it next year you have to get that audio dialed up to professional standards.

Jesus. How long is ESO/EWS gonna let Ric McLaughlin use 'Savage' for? He drops it in every round. At least don't use that relic of 90s action sports for the North American rounds....

The voice over sounds like the guy is in a tin can or living in the days of AM radio. Hopefully this isn’t a preview of the WC race coverage for 2023…

The Highlights were 10x better with GMBN...
