As the 2022 EWS season continues in Switzerland we have rounded up all of the best videos to keep you updated with the racing this weekend. Come back throughout the week for more videos from practice, the Pro Stage and Sunday's big day of racing.
Pro StageHighlights | As the penultimate race of the year, the stakes at EWS Crans-Montana were already high - and then the snow came.
Racers woke up to fresh snow, meaning they’d be racing the Pro Stage in conditions completely different to ones in practice just one day earlier. Riders had to rethink their race strategy in order to adapt to the ever changing conditions, balancing speed and caution in equal measure in order to succeed on the second last Pro Stage of the season.— Enduro World Series |
Charlie Murray | Come along for the ride of a snowy and exciting pro stage race day in Switzerland, the pro stage is the first stage of our enduro world series race and is one race run after one scouting run. 13th Place on this one, happy with that but always fighting for more!— Charlie Murray |

PracticeHighlights | Practice went down at Enduro World Series round seven - and EWS Crans-Montana could well be one the toughest courses of the year.
Featuring everything from raw, technical trails in the woods to massive bike park jumps, the penultimate race of the year is going to be a true test of bike handling skills and race craft. Multiple line choices and high speed sections mean racers will have to approach this course with laser-like focus if they are to master this five stage thriller.
And with series titles on the line, the stakes could not be higher. Tune into enduroworldseries.com this weekend to follow the action unfold!— Enduro World Series |
Jesse Melamed | Some proper trail in this stage, I did this gap last year but with the way the season is currently going I'm not sure it's worth the risk to body or bike.— Jesse Melamed |
Jack Moir | Moi Moi Tv - Crans-Montana, Switzerland EWS practice day
Sick day of practice with the crew! Stages were flat out and super fun. Conditions were prime today, but forecast is saying 6 degrees and snow tomorrow, so fingers crossed for Pro Stage racing.— Jack Moir |
Course Preview | When it comes to outright speed and bike handling, few places can match Switzerland’s Crans-Montana. Nestled in the heart of the Valais region it blends burly bike park with loamy steepness like nowhere else on the Enduro World Series calendar.
When it comes to high speeds and mixed terrain there are only two men who can get the job done/display how not to do the job - enter Ruaridh Cunningham and Ric McLaughlin.
Can Isabeau Courdurier and Jesse Melamed leave for the final showdown at EWS Loudenvielle in just a week’s time?! Who will master the incredibly fast Swiss terrain?! Tune in, right here, all weekend to find out who will win EWS Crans-Montana!— Enduro World Series |
ShakedownHighlights | We're back! The Enduro World Series has headed to Crans Montana in Switzerland for the penultimate race of its tenth season! Shakedown is a non-timed session designed to get tyres into dirt and to let the pro's start getting their eye in ahead of racing getting under way.
The stages in the Valais region are famously fast and so it was no surprise to see the combined talents of the EWS-E and EWS racers throwing some shapes and getting loose.
Stay tuned all week for all the action as we begin 'final approach' to deciding the destinations of all four titles!— Enduro World Series |
Jack Moir Trackwalk | Moi Moi Tv - Crans-Montana, Switzerland Enduro World Series Travel/Track walk
Pumped to be back with the Breevas! Tracks are looking fun, Mr Bomba brought back MTB cribs, and I got a sick new custom lid! New bike day tomorrow— Jack Moir |

Take a small note book and pen.
1 page per stage, write stage number, then anything notable about that stage.dangers, gaps, lines.also write down what the first few corner's and obstacles are, also whether to conserve energy or go all out(generally depends on stage length or if there is a climb in the stage).stretch during the day whilst waiting in line for each stage this helps your body and gives you something to do other than worry while waiting.make sure to "woohoo" and shout "yeah Boi" out loud on fun obstacles or when you nail something.lastly and most importantly put your weight through your feet, not your hands especially during braking.fair dinkum these things got me an Aussie enduro title YEAH BOI! GO!
