I don't think so, I believe UCI rules stipulate that you can only wear a championship jersey in the same discipline you obtained it in while, competing in the same discipline the following year, ie you can't wear the XC WC stripes if you were to compete in a WC DH race later on, same goes for age grouping too. Correct me if I'm wrong. Assuming you are referring to the actual jersey too and not just stripes on a sleeve cuff.
Nope he wont. Different division and therefore can't wear it. Can't wear stripes on the sleeve either to my understanding as the stripes indicate you are a former world champ in that same division/discipline. So he got to wear them for 1 race and thats it.
Would you people shut up? Every race there are cry babies about how some little hint is spoiling the results for them. From the moment the race ends the results are plastered across social media and all MTB related sites. If you want to watch it later then make an effort to avoid all news. That’s your responsibility not the medias responsibility.
At the end of the World Cup do they hide the results? No. The headlines are the score. Same for pretty much every other sport. Stop crying and know if you don’t watch it live you’re going to have to make an effort to avoid the result.
I get your point, you dont care about people who work weekends and whatnot. However it makes zero sense to go though the effort of blurring the image of the totally dressed in red winner, right?
@Jolinwood: I too never watch the World Cup races on time. So I avoid social media and the internet until I watch it. I know it's hard, but I believe you can do it, if you really try.
