Foes Mixer Enduro Frame 29/27 with Fox X2 like new!!

$1200 USD
Party in front and Business in the back. This bike started the latest mixer craze almost 4 years ago and it’s not a fad. This is for real. In fact I’m mixing my next bike too. Just going with a carbon frame with the same Geometry. If you’ve been curious and reading all the articles and watching YouTube, World Cup or EWS you’ll know that 29/27.5 is showing major results. If you like the way a 9er rolls rocks, floats over ruts, and covers gaps, but don’t like the way it turns, spins up, or hits you in the butt when things get steep, this is the answer. Brent Foes has been a pioneer of many things and because he’s a Tig welding master, he can create things no one else can and make it a winner. This bike is all aluminum and I powdercoated Playboy Blue about 10 rides ago so it’s in great shape with a few normal nicks. I also upgraded the shock to the X2 which gave it the feel of a coil without the weight! The bike was build up with aluminum wheels, carbon cranks, bars etc and came in at just over 31lbs WITH Maxxis 2.5/2.4 Minions! Friends were blown away by the weight because with 160mm front and rear and bulky welds it looks burly! Included: FSA BB Cane Creek 40 HS Fox X2 - serviced main seal 10 rides ago when I powdercoated it Brand X 150mm dropper with lever Nifty inner tube chainstay protector Derailleur hanger

Video: Are 29/27.5" Mullet Bikes Faster Than 29ers?
For all those out there who have commented without trying one, go try one. I will say that it's best to to find a bike that has the right geometry to for this situation and is designed for it but I've met a few guys who have mixed their SC Hightower or Mach 6's and love it. I'm fortunate enough to have Brent Foes about an hour from my house and after a brief conversation with him you can tell he thought it out and designed the bike around the idea. And it works. My Mixer Enduro came in at just over 30lbs and is almost all aluminum (even the wheels). Friends have tried it and loved it but will still stick with their name brands and designs which is fine; they are good bikes. This 29/27.5 just makes sense. As for the pros I think you'll see more guys jumping on board. It's really all about the 29 front. The rear is just a compromise to get it to turn quicker, spin up faster, and add clearance. I love mine and won't buy or build another non-mixed bike.
