Qualifying Results Decide Final Standings as Junior Racing Cancelled at the Loudenvielle DH World Cup 2023
@kiisseli: of course riders safety is a big issue. Track are getting faster, not more technical! But there is a difference between riding a slippery, challenging track were you need to adapt and for Amaury easy avoidable case of a B zone that isn’t clear of massive stumps and rocks, or in case of Camille a road gap that is easy as but in the most exposed part of the mountain, knows for gusty winds that no rider can predict while riding… riders love the challenges, the technicality. No question about it! Riders are just asking to be consulted, listen to, structure is in place for it! Riders rep by the uci, riders association… most times the riding speed in the mud drops massively as well so crashes aren’t as bad as when you’re going 60kmh down lenzerheide or MSA in between trees. Hopefully everyone’s happier tomorrow after the race
