Steve Smith Socks are Back - Chainsaw Pre-order

by Endur Apparel
Thank you to all that purchased a pair of the Steve Smith legacy socks during our last round of sales. The outpour of love for Stevie was apparent, which lead to us being sold out of product in only two days. We have received an abundance of emails requesting we bring in more inventory, so today we’re happy to announce the pre-order of the all new Steve Smith Chainsaw Sock.

For this round, we’ve opted to run a pre-order so everyone has a chance to get a pair, however, the pre-sale will only be available for the next week to allow for delivery as quick as possible.

We’re also opening the pre-order to bulk orders for events and retail so we’re able to further the donation potential and reach. All inquiries please email info@endurofficials.com

Important Note: We are a Canadian Company, so please bare with us on international shipments. To keep shipping rates low, we ship all packages via Canada Post Small Packet Air, which does not include tracking outside of Canada. Since we donate all the profits from each sale, we’re also donating our time by fulfilling hundreds of orders—we have absolutely no issues doing this whatsoever, it just takes time, so we appreciate your patience.

Pre-order your socks below:

Now I can finally cross "pre-order a pair of socks" off of the ol' bucket list.

Hey @endurofficials we really appreciate what you're doing here. Losing Steve Smith was a huge hit to our community and I'm always happy to support ongoing efforts to his legacy. In the interest of transparency, can you please let us know what percent of sales for these socks will go toward his legacy fund? We obviously understand that you need to cover your costs and support your business, but (unless I am missing something) there is no mention on your website of an amount that is actually being donated. This might be something worth adding...

 Last paragraph:
" Since we donate all the profits from each sale, we’re also donating our time by fulfilling hundreds of orders"
Cheers

@mrbombsquad: Doesn't seem to state how much that "profit" is. Some transparency would be nice, regarding exactly how much is donated to the legacy fund from each purchase.

@uuuu: man o man.. where is your trust in mankind...
  • 3 2
@mrbombsquad: profit = revenue - cost. we know the revenue piece, but who is taking what and what is left over for the fund?
  • 14 1
@mrbombsquad: Thanks. @DoubleDog: Yes, 100% profit donation from each sock, and 100% of our time processing the orders, and administration on tons of emails and questions.

@endurofficials: Hey, thanks for the quick reply. You guys are awesome, and that is a great cause you're donating to. If I may offer one observation, I think you owe it to yourselves to post that somewhere on your website, maybe in the FAQ or something. Great that @mrbombsquad picked it up in the last paragraph, but I didn't even read that since it was referring to international orders... Just a thought, you should get full credit for a job well done.

@DoubleDog: Great idea and thanks for suggestion. This is our 5th time doing a 'Steve Smith' sock, so I guess we assumed everyone sort of knew by now that was our goal (100% profit donation). Was an oversight on our end not to list that this time around.

Mine took a minute to get to me in North Carolina but when I received them they fit great, feel great and I think I might be riding faster now. The actual fit of the sock is really good and well worth the wait! Big Fan of SS since forever!

Great looking socks, great cause, great idea, many good praises above about the quality. I will likely be ordering a pair. But... how the hell can I order 5 dozen golf balls from Vice Golf in Germany for $7 shipping, yet a pair of socks from a Canadian company cost $8 for shipping (yes I see the free shipping deal)? It's half the price of the socks! Is it because they are shipped from US? I don't get it.

On average, 1 pair of socks via Canada Post Small Packet is $12 within Canada. They ship from Victoria BC, and no word of a lie if we were to ship 1 pair next door it costs $11.50, and that cost doesn't even factor in our packaging, handling, or label. As mentioned in an earlier post, we price our shipping rates as low as possible, and more times than not lose a little money on it since its also a flat rate cost, and the more pairs ordered means the more it costs to ship. I would imagine you get cheap shipping from Germany because they're a large company with preferred rates...but we don't have that option yet.

@endurofficials: Thanks for the quick response. I get that it's not you guys and that it's the shipping companies that charge what they charge. As a consumer it's frustrating. Regardless, thanks for putting out a great product with a great story and cause behind it.

@endurofficials You are a Canadian company, but your prices are in USD. I am confused?
  • 4 1
At the moment, our online store only allows us to accept one type of currency. Since our web store serves a global market, we opted to choose the US dollar as it is a more universal currency. We realize this not ideal for our Canadian customers, and for that we apologize. You are able to see real time Canadian currency conversion, and although you'll pay in US dollars, you will not be 'over paying', simply using a different currency.
