The first round of the 2015 Specialized SRAM Enduro Series took place in Treuchtlingen, Germany. Exactly 550 riders from 12 countries were registered for this race. I was one of them.
The training was pretty much fun and the stages were - at least for me - pretty challenging. But unfortunately I smashed my gear shifter and my derailleur cable at the end of the practice session. My chain was stuck in the biggest gear and I couldn't get new parts to fix it before the race. I rode the Prolog, because it was just downhill and no pedalling, but riding on Sunday was unfortunately not possible for me.
That's why I decided to get as many video as possible from all the stages and make a highlight video of the race. I made two edits:
The first one is a short trailer like video, for all of you who have not that much time.
But if you have more time then check out the full recap video.
It was (despite the fact that I wasn't able to ride) a great weekend and an awesome start of the season.
Cheers!
