Oct 4, 2021PNW COAST SUSPENSION DROPPER POST AND LEVER
$230 USDPurchased for my gravel bike, one of the few dropper options that fits those frames. Excellent option for the steeper Colorado terrain where getting low or having some shock absorption opens up new race lines. I ran the post for 2 months and now that I have a full suspension trail bike, im no longer riding the gravel bike on trails that need this (swapped back to a carbon rigid post).
The Coast Post combines the benefits of a dropper with the joint saving squish of suspension. This witchcraft all happens via a dual chamber hydraulic cartridge featuring 40mm of tunable air suspension, designed to help riders on all types of bikes - from packed up trekkers, to the cross country wanderers, even the weekday commuters.
27.2 mm clamp diameter, 100 mm air tunable suspension/drop.

Oct 4, 2021Ritchey Comp Beacon XL Handlebar
$55 USDPurchased these for my gravel bike, mounted them up and realized they were too wide for me. Only ridden up and down the street once. Some marking from my stem clamping.
The ergonomic evolution of Ritchey handlebars goes even wider with the ground-breaking Beacon XL. In addition to its super-wide 36° drop flare, its most notable feature is its 52cm width. Aside from the unmatched ergonomic comfort and stability afforded by this dramatic flare and extra width, it also allows for plenty of space for handlebar packs.
When riding in the drops, the Beacon doubles down on comfort with a very shallow 80mm drop and a shorter than usual reach. The ergo-aero top section offers broad support for your hands, and it has a gentle backward sweep for a more natural hand position when riding the tops.
