Dolomiti Superbike: Win Flights, Accommodation and Entry - Winner Announced

Congrats to Vincent Bodeux on winning flights, accommodation and an entry to the sold out 2015 Dolomiti Superbike race in the Italian Alps this July thanks to Fi’zi:k and Pinkbike.



One of the biggest and most scenic races in the mountain biking calendar, the Dolomiti Superbike, celebrates its 20th anniversary in July. Now a well-established legend, the race is a must for any cross country mountain biker, covering 119km (74 miles) of the best routes in the Italian Alps.

Entries closed in January, and with 8,000 people registering for the 5,000 places, it’s now impossible to get hold of a ticket – but we’ve got two to give away. Pinkbike has teamed up with race sponsor fi'zi:k, to offer flights, accommodation, entry tickets and a VIP gift package that lets you and a friend ride it.

What to expect at Dolomiti Superbike

What’s included

Fi'zi:k and Pinkbike will fly you and a friend to Venice, Italy, arriving on Wednesday 8th July. Here you will stay for 4 nights in a luxurious 4* hotel with breakfast and evening meals provided, before being flown home on Sunday 12th July. Race entry has been organised to get you off in the first wave of riders. On the run up to the race you will receive a guided tour of the course as well as a VIP fi’zi:k fit to ensure you have the right saddle and shoes to let you put down the power to see you comfortably through the event.

Race Route

There are two different courses in 2015. The long course of 119km has an amazing 3,822 metres of climbing and descent, with the short course reducing this to 60km with 1,688 metres.

fi'zi:k saddles

Fi'zi:k were the first saddles to be designed to take flexibility into account, letting you ride more efficiently and comfortably. The saddles are used by; BMC MTB Racing Team, Team Bulls, Focus XC Team and many more.

Fi'zi:k shoes

Fi’zi:k’s M3B shoes combine exceptional performance with phenomenal comfort and heat control. The shoes are used by the pro-cyclocross teams; Focus CX and Telenet Fidea as well as the French cyclocross champion, Francis Mourey.

 Some comments on the facebook rules asking about which countries the contest is open to. I'm assuming if canadians can see this pinkbike post that it's open to us. Is this correct?
