I think for the average Joe, the main aspect of these "upgrades" to consider is: an appointment with the mortgage advisor. I'll call you after Jordi, and let u know how it goes, fingers crossed

I can't stand listening to van guy. Just put Jordi in front of the camera with a drink and let him go on, I could watch that for hours.
