160mm travel Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate fork. 140mm travel Rockshox Superdeluxe Coil Ultimate rear shock
Rear wheel upgrade: Nobl TR36 carbon fiber hoop laced to Chris King ISO Boost rear hub with Sapim SS spokes, and CushCore insert for added protection. Front CushCore included, but not installed.
This bike easily handles technical uphill, and is a buttery smooth missile when pointed downhill. Massive braking power and rapid steering agility give the rider total control.
Bike has been ridden 8 times, and has under 20 hrs total ride time. Rear wheel is mint (2 rides).

Honjo Flat 65 fenders in 650b

Used for less than a month of commuting. Mint condition aside from a bit of tire rub on the inside leading/trailing edges (see pic).
For reference: the big tires pictured are 650b x 2.4" WTB Riddlers, and the others are 650b x 2.0" Schwalbe G-one's.

Condition is like-new with less than 1.5 hours ride time. Great hub, but I dented the bead seat on the mated rim. Took the opportunity to upgrade the whole wheel, and have a spare hub.

Rode them for 2 weeks commuting (~100km total) before admitting they changed my bikes geometry too much. My goof is your gain.
