Round Up: 4 New Green Initiatives from Alpkit, Clif, Thule and the UCI
Of all the players in the industry the UCI is probably the one who can have the biggest impact on our industry bar none. Simply listing sustainable/green requirements in frame and component production to grant their use in a UCI sanctioned event would literally produce a shockwave.

Schwalbe Announces 5 New Tire Casings & 2 New Tread Patterns
Why no beefy casing for Nobby Nic?? It was my best combo ever with a MM up front: fast, easy to break loose yet always manageable, just pure fun. What wasn't fun was my ability to puncture the tire just by giving it a hard look... In Belgium!

Field Test: 2020 Trek Supercaliber - Short On Travel, Not on Traction
@sarahmoore: you really nail these field test. I can't even imagine the work it represents before during and after but it really is a major leap and my favorite new feature on Pinkbike!! The latest field test from your sister-website Cycling Tips was awesome too, I don't know how you could do it but crossover and mixed content would be so rad!

Revel Bikes Introduce the Ranger Trail Bike
@addatx: I cut my rear brake hose clean on a sharp stone a the top of a steep rockgarden (black rated trail) and I still don't know how I survived the crash. Now routing under bb is a deal breaker for me. I would trade water bottle inside front triangle everyday if necessary...

Shimano should acquire a suspension company though, and invest more in their dropper posts. Tough to beat a company that can provide such a comprehensive package like Sram does, which drives me crazy 'cause I really am a die-hard Shim' fanboy....
